Riding on OHV Trails requires a MT OHV Sticker and a MT Trail Pass. The trail pass can be purchased at local businesses. Click on the link for additional info and requirements. You can also check Montana Code Annotated 23-2-824.
Riding on Montana state lands requires a conservation license. Click the link for more information on where and how to obtain one.
